Well, for one they'll be aluminum instead of iron.

I think they have the Trick Flow logo cast into the ends, too.

Can't tell from any of the shots that guy took, though.... one thing I find odd is why is the battery on the driver's side?

They just started casting Trick Flow in the ends in the past 5-6 years, before that they were smooth!
I've had 2 sets that were smooth, one set I bought new.

I talked to him last night,he said it they are trick flow heads, but we didnt get specifics on them,i just want to know how to identify them.I too thought the battery should be on the right side right?.Any way he said he installed hydraboost cause the cam (b303)wasnt making enough vacumm?does that sound kosher?

Isn't a B cam just marginally more aggressive than stock? Hell, I'm 95% sure the B cams are California smog legal. If the motor wasn't making enough vacuum with it, there's other problems going on.

So what would you need the booster for??I see it has rear disks too.Would that have anything to do with it??Anything else that stands out to anyone?? He said it only needs door panels.

I think he has the vacuum booster because he has a vacuum leak.

If you look at his valve covers, he has the k&n breather.....,, but he still has the vacuum line hooked up from his valve cover to his throttle body, and im willing to guess that his pcv valve is still hooked up to the lower intake........... with the set up he"s pulling air in from the breather. Im willing to bet that if he put the screw on oil cap back on, his vacuum problems would go away.

If you want the breather on the valve covers then you have to cap the port on the tb and disconect the pcv valve from the intake and cap the port on the lower intake, and then but the pcv valve on its own breather.

I think it needs much more than door panels. Doubt it has TF heads. Looks like poo to try for 6500. And I thought MN was high on prices, lol.

Are you just looking for a second project ? If so, since you already have a vert, this would be a good time to look into a hatch back or a coupe
