no the origional plan was 8000 rpm shifts. the vac pump isnt supposed to spin higher then like 7 or something like that. it pulls some air though even with the steering wheel pully.

The second pic vs. The first..... did you get a low mount alternator bracket, in order to delete the two idler pulleys ?

Thats a really big idler pulley in the first pic, never really seen them that big.

Love the engine bay, nice work, how many hours you got into it ?

E3sean.....i could have swarn you had a carb, on the last video i saw of your car, am i wrong or have you upgraded to fuel injected, either way, i like the fact that its efi..

read the line above the pic..lol (back in the fuel injected days)

i made that bracket for the ideler pully. i used a combanitation of my alternator bracket and a smog pump delete kit pully.its the same alt bracket i both pics.

i chucked up the pully on the lathe and shaved the ribs off and then drilled a hole in the alt bracket and spaced it out the way i wanted.
