eBay is more than likely where you'll find those.
Those r58 wheels I believe are discontinued.
You could just buy any new wheel packages with s197
Offsets if you wanna run 9" or 10" wheels.

hello thanks for reply can you explain what is the s197 mean and can you tell me what are the offsets for these, i was reading years ago when they took an early body 83 and installed the cobra brake kit and in the article it gave these wheels with these offsets, i have an 2001 cobra with the stock 17/8 on it mounted them on the 1983gt the fronts are ok but the rears stick out to much, i want to run the 17/9 on the 1983, i guess what i read the r58 for the front and the m179 for the rear were specific for the 95 cobra r car thanks for your help i have been working on this car for 5 years with all the changes

If you used an m2300 brake kit then you should be able to use 17x8 wheels.
They will pop out a little but not past the fenders...
S197 offset wheels are from the years 05+.
offset is +30 for a 17x9 wheel

M-1007-R58 & M-1007-M179

Those are the wheels I have on my 93 with SVO (Lincoln) rear brakes and SN-95 fronts. You can still buy the R58's from Ford but those M179's with the 6.42" back spacing have been discontinued for a few years already. Ebay, other mustang sites or craigslist are your only hope.
Here the dimensions of the M179

and here's what they look like on my car
