Valve spring removal
I have one of those Twist down type of valve spring removes and it will not work on twisted wedge double springs. Is there a trick to this? I was thinking I could weld something to a c-clamp and use it?
What do you guys use? |

It'll work. I have triple springs that are 400lbs open on my TW heads and I used that type of compressor. It can be a bit of a pain in the ass, but it will get the job done.

Yea it will only grab the outer spring. But the inner springs are weak enough that you can push them down by hand, or take a hammer and give the tool a tap straight down to release the locks.
