N51 if you're revving it to 6700 or so. But otherwise id grab the N41.

Yes sir it would. Should run 11.50 or a little faster depending on weight and gear.

6500 should be no problem. New rings and bearings (if the rings are gapped right) will free up a few ponies. I can realistically see 340rwhp with the setup you said.

Maybe 10 or 15 more because of the rings.

With the Anderson N41, new rings and the heads milled, yes.

Google it. You gap the rings differently for N/A or nitrous applications. I figured you would be bringing the engine to a machine shop for them to do it. Too tight of a gap can fuck your rings up and too much of a gap can encourage blow by gases and such which would ruin your motor.

It's not a dumb question asking about ring gaps...Most people on this forum wont know about it. Don't feel bad.

Tell the machine shop you're going to spray a 75-100 shot (you always want more..) and see what they about the rings. The cam is ok with a small shot like that. Its an N/A cam so I wouldn't spray a 150 or 175...Just me. Don't want nitrous backfiring through the intake valves lol.
