88 GT 5 Lug conversion - Rear end swap???
I have been planing on converting my drum to disc brakes. I pulled the complete rear end from a 96. Can I just bolt the rear end from the 96 in or do i have to swap the internals like i had thought originally?
I am also putting Lincoln Mark 7 spindles, callipers and rotors up front; just FYI. |

Thanks for the replies.
I know the rear end is wider, I think it's 1.5 inches on each side of the axle if I remember correctly. I was planing on not rolling the lip and getting a set of rims with the proper offset, Cobra's or not. I also got he brake booster with the master cylinder and proportioning valve. Do I need to add an adjustable valve to the setup or is this a "as needed" item? |

You can use s197 offset wheels with out any modifications after you install your sn95 rear axle.
I'd run anniversary wheels
