Knocking/thud noise. Getting on my nerves
Okay so I lowered my car with ford racing B springs. About a month after installing them, every time I go over even the slightest bump there's annoying thud in the rear. I say it's my shocks, but my dad says its my springs. Thing is when I go over a bump it likes to hop a lot. And will bounce at times, making me believe it's the shocks.

Did you put your spring isolators back in with the new springs? If not, they will knock.
