Its a ford ranger engine lol...my friend had a ranger with 8 plugs, 7 out of the 8 were easy enough to change but one of them was a bitch. Not sure what else that came standard on.

The 91+ Mustang with a 2.3L I4 had a cylinder head with two spark plugs per cylinder. That was the normal engine in all of them. Nothing special to see here, move along.
Here's a 2.3 with some "slight" modifications
