351W Upper Intake Help
I pulled a 351w out of a mustang I got at an auction. I dont know what it originally came out of however. I'm thinking its out of a mid 90's F-150 though. Anyways, the upper intake was stolen so I'm wondering what upper intakes will fit this thing without knowing what it came out of?

I'm pretty sure that. Indeed just a truck motor.
What are your plans with it? Dd you just wanna bolt it up? I would do an intake swap since you gotta buy one anyway..

That is indeed a truck 5.8. There is no upper that will bolt on and fit under the hood of a Mustang. The truck upper is very tall and has a twin throttle body that points toward the front on the pass side. They make a GT40 lower for a 5.8 or Trick Flow, Typhoon, & Edelbrock all make 351w Mustang specific intakes.

I want to sell it. I'm sure I could sell it to someone without the upper intake but I'd like to make it complete. What would be my cheapest way to make it complete then?

Look on ebay or craigslist for the parts you need. But realistically, if someone with a truck is replacing theirs, they already have one, if they are throwing fuel injection in a truck to use that motor, they can find one. And if someone is looking to throw it in a Mustang, they won't use it anyway.
