Valve lapping
Do you actually need to lap new valves on twisted wedge heads? They seemed to seat pretty well installing them the way they came. I did lap them just a bit to clean the carbon from the place the valve seats.

Flip them over and spray a BUNCH of brake clean or carb cleaner in the intakek port or exhaust port. If it leaks out, then it's not sealed.
