Getting ready for import vs domestic

Were going to try to get our turbo car ready for the track. But we dont know what class to go in. I think we can get into the 10.50 index babying the car down the track, we dont want to break anything.

10.50 Index - Open to all Import/Sport Compact & Domestic Cars. Any Combination allowed at any weight. No Throttle Stops or Delay Boxes allowed. NHRA safety rules apply. All Run Field .400 Pro Tree, No DeepStaging allowed. *Must have 32 cars for full payout.

Just started to clean her up, We just gotta change the head gaskets.
Tried to take some cool random shots

When my car is ready you and I have to take a ride out to the track sometime. Maybe somewhere around May or June.

It's my fathers, doctor said his back to to bad to race anymore. So i will be poileting the ship this year. We have to call turbo people and have the car retuned. We changed the turbo to a smaller one for faster spool time... Also we're going to run it on pump gas 93".

I told a few of my friends who have supras and evos that want to run that index but none of them have safety equipment for any 10.50 passes. So I don't have to worry about them. I wanna bring the car to the track next Friday and do some test passes roling out on maybe 10psi of boost and to see how that works I wanna win but not break the car. The car traped around 160 with the old turbo making low 9 sec passes but that was like 2 years ago. She's getting old lol.. Hopefully she holds up
