The stock rear end for a 5.0 88 mustang is 8.8 too right?

with gears its not hp but gear multiplication and ive seen stock cars that went 14.20s before gear swap and then after 3.73 swap and drag radials 13.10 now tires is huge but bang for the buck is gears youll notice that more than a cam in your situation

Untrue. They are for any Fox body you want to stay together lol...

Buy them and make sure someone that knows their way around a welder does this work (clean off all paint, powder coat, etc before welding...). Full length (Maximum Motorsports for one) are preferred. It's a part that is being welded in, so buy a good set and do it right the first time.
