What about with acessorys on. Like lights and stuff like that.

a reading of 13.0 volts or less when your car is started means you have a charging problem. if its 16.0 volts or higher you have a overcharging problem.mskr sure your battery is fully charged then check to c what its at when you start the vehicle. if its good then do a load test turn evrything on in the car lights, radio air make someone use the power locks and windows or something. so say your battery is at 13.3 volts and you put some load it should go up about .5 volts and then you know your alternator is charging.

found the problem! the green wire wasent even connected to solenoide! someone(probally me) grounded it to the frame, not on the solenoide!
