How rare is my color?

I have a 93 gt, reef blue on platinum trim with black interior.ill be repainting,is this a rare color?i really want a white or black on black rims combo,but if this is a rare combo I was thinking of just repainting it with the stock color.

Aw he beat me to it, i was going to say after searching i could only find the gt production numbers 2065 paint production numbers 1993 5.0 so going by the above chart...it doesnt look that rare

Yeah, I actually figured it wasn't going to be that common of a color.

I mean, I'd still keep it, as I see tons of white, black, and red foxbodies, and almost never anything else.

In that case it's rare in that I never see them that color, but I wouldn't call it rare in that in 30 years it'll be worth more at Barrett-Jackson just because of the color.

Wait, platinum? Did you mean titanium? Looking at your avatar pic, your bottom color looks darker than the factory titanium color, maybe it just looks darker in your pic?

I dont know if that color stayed the same but if look on the bottom of my car, its not as dark as yours..

Are you sure it hasnt been repainted

Just have to say I have a reef blue coupe, and get compliments ALL THE TIME on the color. I haven't ran into another 5.0 with the same color yet (at least in Rochester NY and surrounding towns). My paint and clear is newer, so the metallic really shines after a wax. It also seems to change from green to blue depending on the sunlight. I originally wanted white or gunmetal, but am happy with my choice seeing as its unique in my area.

i'd say the bottom color is''Medium Titaniun" thats what my 91 vert is in solid color. the color came out in 90 i think ( a viris wiped out all mmy favorits this weekend.i had a link ) my cumputer is still a bit screwed up and everything is out of place or i'd post pics. the med titan color is a gunmetal grey.
on anouther note . keep it the same color unless your willing to do all the door jams and e-bay. nothing worse then a bad ass black paint job with blue door jambs. LOL!

i think it might have came from oilburners.net. i have been on their for the last week trying to learn up on my 90 f-350 drw 7.3 idi. there were posts of ''are the hackers back'', because members where having trouble geeting there and at the same time i got some crazy viris. i havent been able to get tbeir in 4 days.

I only thought there was titanium and nothing else for two tone. Check your paint code on your door sticker if it is PD, it is reef with titanium accents and if yours is darker, it was repainted. No big deal either way. Yes, medium titanium was a color choice for 91 and 92 but on the GT, the bottom was still the lighter titanium
