Where are those vacuum lines going ? Check to make sure you dont have a open port on the back of the upper intake. Make sure all un used ports are blocked off. And clean the iac

Will do.i changed my ECT in hopes of stopping the bad idle and surging, no
Luck. I'm also going to change my harmonic balancer because it's fried.and I've heard that improved the way it runs.

Have you tried spraying carb cleaner around the intake and vacuum lines while the car is running? If there is a leak, the idle will change almost instantly. Also, if there are vacuum lines that you can't follow to their termination point, you can try pinching them off one at a time with a pair of needle nose pliers or any pliers and checking for the same change in idle. It is a great way to track down vacuum leaks quickly and easily. Just be careful around hot exhaust as carb clean is very flammable.

the other other two vacuum line get hooked up to two different valves that come off the smog pump.

It would really help if you took more then just one picture. Id like to see the smog pump and all the hoses and valves that connect to it. And the complete engine bay with all vacuum lines and vcuum tree,,, ect

We might be able to notice other things that might look wrong.

But you need to figure out how to post pictures not just the link, some of us are lazy, so you need to make it easy for us.

The red one goes any where you have an empty spot....normally it get hooked up to one of the small ports just like the fuel pressure regulator.

Do you still have your stock cats on your h-pipe, if you do, you should put your smog pump back on, with out the pump...pumping fresh air to your cats, you could clog them up.

This port should be on the back under side of the intake. You will see that theres 3 ports on it. The big one goes to the plastic facuum tree on the drivers side fire wall. The two smaller port go to the fuel pressre reg and the other goes to the red vacuum line we were just talking about. I hope that helps

They do but i dont think they sell that small hard style, so youll need to get a size thatslips over the kind you have.

But to tell you the truth i dont know if it will make your car run any better, im not sure if haveing all that stuff disconected really effects the car, but you can give it a sot, or wait to get some more opnions. Im in california so have to keep all that stuffT

I think its just the supply vacuum for your emission equipment, since your not using the emissions equipment, then i dont think it matters. Now lets say that you hooked up that red line to the intake, but you left the other small lines, open, then you would have a vacuum leak, then i think it would effect you. So... make sure you connect the green one to your egr and the red to the intake and the other two since your not using them, cap them

Post pictures of how you ran the pipe to pipe connection when you took off your smog pump....and post the rest of the pictures i ask for.
