Nope not a starter problem nor a solenoid problem. Sounds like carbon buildup on your pistons. Does it only do it when its hot or can you start it cold and shut it right off and it still does it? When you turn your key to the on position it sends power to your coil. Then when you turn it to the start position it sends power to your starter. When you release the key to the on position the starter power is cut and the power is still to the coil. So you see how it could not be the starter. The starter has nothing to do with the engine after it is running. Check the timing.

Yeah, must be a timing issue. This is the first time ive been working on the car, and it did sit close to 4 years without being started. I guess ill take it to a shop so it can get a little more attention.
