When looking for new heads which are the best to un for everyday driving but also enough power to smoke people when u got to

Trick flow twisted wedge heads, edelbrock performer or victor jr. heads, or AFR 165 or 185's. those are the best

Keep in mind that with the AFR 185's you will probably need to notch the pistons if they are stock to get the proper Piston to valve clearance you need. With the 165's you should be fine. For the money I don't know that it gets much better than the TFS TW heads.

Yeah the ones they said, but stick with the 165's if you go AFR. unless you are stroking or supercharging then look at the 185's. I also believe the 185's are made for the 351 which means you would need reducers for the bolt holes, but they are good for high revving.

peferably i would go with the edelbrock victor jr heads manly because edelbrock was rated #1 for there heads

im sorry but i thought he said.........everyday driving. but i guess if you have the $800-$1500, aluminum heads would be the way to go. be ready to lose alot of mpg. but to save you about 5 to six hundred bucks cast iron gt-40s with a hand port do just fine. im mostly stock and running twelves on those heads. just a suggestion.
