Tremec 3550 Throwout Bearing

I am finally getting around to installing my Tremec 3550 in my 4 cyl conversion car. The donor car is an auto, so unfortunately I do not have any extra manual trans parts around. I have the tranny, bellhousing, adj clutch cable, T5 clutch fork, pilot bushing, clutch and flywheel. The tranny has the throwout bearing retainer but no throwout bearing. I went to Summit Racing yesterday and the guy at the parts counter said the T5 throwout bearing would not work, it seems to me like it should. The only thing they had that would fit was a hydraulic unit and was $375 without the master cylinder or hoses. The complete kit was almost $500. Does anyone know if I can use a T5 throwout bearing?

Thanks

I bought a Centerforce Dual Friction clutch and it does not include the throwout bearing. I have been scouring the net all day, and it appears it uses the same bearing as the T5, I am going to pick one up tomorrow and give it a try.
