Help with an odd rattle?

Rattle occurs on passenger's side, right above/behind the passenger's ear and only when I upset the passenger side of the car (bump, pothole, speed bump).

1- Checked the sunrrof and all secure
2- Checked the seat mounts and all secure
3- Checked the seatbelt bolt and all secure
4- Checked the seatbelt keeper/tensioner/winder and all secure
5- Checked the rear seat bolts and all secure

Any advise, ideas or questions are very appreciated!

Thanks!

i think it's down not up.

check the heat shield on your catalitic converter..

It's very easy to knock off a tac weld on those.

deff. check the heatshield, mine started rattling one day, and I went crazy looking for it then found that it was the catalytic converter heat shield

+1 I can't think of too much in that area that would rattle except the seat belt or the trim piece. Try the heat shield like they said and the exhaust hangers. You just got to put your hand on everything one at a time to see if it stops. NOTE: DO NOT PUT YOUR BARE HAND ON THE HEAT SHIELD IF IT IS HOT!! If you still can't find it, go see a shrink because it is probably in your head. J/K

I'll take a look under the car tonight, thanks!

I am assuming I can rip off the heatshield and be done with it?
