Tranny question

I have a 93 Cobra. Not long after I bought the car problems with the tranny started. Sometimes when I would go to shift into 2nd gear it would grind or pop out of gear. ONLY 2nd gear, all others are fine. Now if I take off in 2nd everything is fine but while moving I can put it in 2nd. It grinds really bad like I have no clutch but only for that gear. Is it a synchronizer or what?

Yeah, its the synchro. Get a tranny overhaul or buy a new tranny.
