leaking heater tube assembly

im rebuilding the top end of my 1994 5.0, everything was going smoothly until i pressure tested the cooling system. i have a leak from my heater tube where it screws into the manifold, but it looks like its coming from the swivel part of it. is there supposed to be an o ring or some kind of seal there or do i have to try to find another heater tube assembly?????
