Unless you are going with some boost or making some really good power NA, the 185 are a little on the large side, you could probably get away with them but I think you will get more low end and better overall performance out of the 165's. I would definitely stay away from the 205's, those are way too big and you will just be hurting yourself with them on your current setup.

I agree with Zilla. The 165's are mainly for 302/306 & maybe a 331. The 185's are designed for the 351, and are great for a stroked or blown 302 based motor. I don't think the 165's even come with the correct size mnt holes for 351.

As with any mods especially the ones where you are putting down a large amount of cash: I recommend calling the manufacturers themselves. AFR has a very knowledgeable staff and do not mind discussing how their products will perform for you. They do research and development work as well as get input from racers that use their products which allows them to help you make an informed decision. Everyone on this site wants to assist everyone that has a question to get the performance that they desire. Call AFR to get all the information on which head is best for your setup and take into consideration the comments from posts on this website to make a sound purchase on the right combination. Everyone needs to get up to speed to beat the new Camaro's and Challengers that will be coming our way soon!!
