Car been sitting a while.

I have a 1992 Mustang GT that I put a DSS 306 with main pan girdle, Twisted Wedge heads that have been ported and polished. Ron Anderson s/c cam, GT40 intake, Texas Turbo long tube headers, 36lbs injectors and a S-Trim Vortech. I am probably leaving some stuff off but this combo was built in 1999, I ran into tuning issues with it and took to a lot of shops in Houston. Had a baby, bought a house, and ran out of money to get it done right. It has been sitting for 8 years, has not been ran for at least 6. What I am I looking at to getting it going again? Do you think that I will have to replace the bottom end? The motor has less than 5k miles on it. When I finally get back, I was thinking about taking to Mike Murrillo's shop in San Antonio for it to be tuned. Unfortunately I am not mechanically inclined so I have to go to speed shops. Thanks in advance for all your help!!
