dies at 3k

so a few buddies of mine were out running last night and i knew already my car was leaning out but i didnt relize how badly. what would really be wrong with the car if it gives no more power at only 3000 rpms? do i just get my air fuel fixed? or what?

lol oh true, i have xpipe flowmasters e303 cam cobra intake and cai. and it runs real good and shoots right off from a dig but at about 3000 you can literaly feel that no more power is being made the speedo just like runs into a biiiig wall, and its an aod and the previous owner put in a b&m shift kit so every shift at wot is exactly at 5000, and i dont make power from 3k to 5k and thats when everyone walks away

find someone that knows how to check it..... sounds to me it may be advance to far. pull the spout gray connector on the distributer harness and set it to 12 degrees. after you do that tell me what you got.
