no. there are those that have gotten very close though with ALOT of top-notch porting. i think the closest is about 290 rwhp. check TMoss's website, it's on there.

yes you can reach 3oo whp w/ stock heads with porting and alot of other things. just think guys in NMRA stock class do it with the stock cast E7 heads
