Yea i got the block and its very nice, coast high was great, ive got all the little stuff like the water pump, systemax intake, gaskets, starter, oil pump,tb,egr,im just waitin to get some money to buy heads i think im goin with dart pro 1 heads, and a crane custom grind, then she shall be put together.but ive also got alot of other thing to worry about on the 87,b/c it was in pretty rough shape. It will take about a month to get it painted and its goin to the shop in about a week,so ill probably build the motor while it gettin painted

What d you want to know specifically? I have been building them for the past 13 years, before there were "kits" The only thing you need to know any differently than building a 289-302-351 is you need .065 thu clearance between the rod bolt and bottom of the cylinder skirt. Other than that, they go together like any small block, same clearance checks on bearings etc..
