Adjustable FPR question
is there any use in installing one of these on a stock 5.0?

In my opinion, no. Some people claim a few extra # "helps" but the computer eventually relearns and works around that. The result is the same amount of fuel you had before except with a slightly lower injector duty cycle resulting in zero gain.
