1990 5.0 Fuel Pressure Problem

I am finnally getting my 1990 5.0 dialed in but I am having a fuel pressure problem. When I really get on the car the fuel pressure drops down to about 20 before I let off really quick. I am running a 190 fuel pump and I am pretty sure that should be enough. I also noticed that my vaccuum gauge drops down to zero.

Any help that you can give me would be appreciated.

you may have a stopped up inline filter. when you get on the throttle your vaccum gauge should drop to zero

So you don't think this is a fuel line and rail size problem?
