Depends how good of stuff you buy with a supercharger it could cost you if you use your own block around $4000 for everything inside the motor and anot $2000 for the supercharger but you could go all out and spend alot more than that

You are not gonna really buy a motor off Ebay are you? Not a smart move to start with. First of all any stock blocked 600hp motor is on borrowed time no matter what you do to it. You are gonna need a Ford R or A4 block if you can find them or a Ford Boss block. You also can get a aftermarket Dart block or something. You are gonna pay 1500+ for just the block alone. If you build it right its gonna prob cost 7-8 grand maybe alittle more. If you want to play right you gotta play. Go ahead and go the cheap route and see how long it wont last and it will cost twice as much cuz you are gonna want to build it right the second time...

4000-4500 for a dart based shortblock to handle 700 at the crank reliably

$4300 for a world product aluminum unprepped block. Start there. Just kidding, that thing is expensive. I like the Boss, but probably because it is the Boss and that looks good on the side of the car.
