this is a local speed shop to me. 256-582-4112 Soutern Marine & Automotive.
He sales aluminum radiators cheaper than any ive seen. I bought one last year for like $150 All i had to buy was a cap and the overflow nipple for the neck.

Switching to 8mm wires if you have 7's already prob wont make a difference. I would save your money on that one. Upgrading to a better coil is always a good idea though. Here is a little tip when you get your new radiator. I always use distilled water when I do my mix with antifreeze. The distilled water has no minerals in it and will for the most part prevent most of the corrosion as long as you do a flush every year if you drive the car alot or every two of it is just a fun car..

I do not recommend an electric water pump for a street car. now as always there is gonna be more than one person that is gonna disagree. but in this case I will not budge on this one no matter what anyone says, here is why. The electric water pumps only operate at one speed all the time. That means when your engine is hot like you have been telling us. Now when you are running hot the water at idle is being circulated so fast it does not spend enough time in the radiator to cool down. As you know the purpose of a radiator is to dissapte heat in the cooling fluid. Thats why in street cars an electric water pump is not a good idea. Also every electric pump that I have seem are not recommended for street use, one being the reason that I told you and the other being they are not designed to be on for the anount of time a street car stays running. Its your choice but if I were you I would stick with the water pump that I sent you the link for and I forgot while you are at it Moroso makes a nice 180 degree high flow thermostat. Get one of those too. If you compare a stock thermostat to the Moroso one the flow passages are quite a bit larger to compliment the higher flow water pump.. Trust me dude buying an electric pump would be a waste of money and there might be a chance you will run hotter, but if not I know it wont cool you down enough to justify the cost. A friend of mine has a 72 Nova with a 562 twin 74mm turbo puttin down over 1000hp and he actually switched to a high flow mechanical for the reason that I stated about the antifreeze not being in the radiator long enough to cool. After he switched pumps the car runs right where it should...

I'm on the fence on the cheap aftermarket engine accessories.
Within a period of a few months at about my 130K mile point, my factory original alternator, water pump, starter and PS pump all crapped out and all were replaced with cheap local store replacements [1].
The replacement water pump failed within a few weeks. The seal went bad and although they gave me a second replacement at no cost, they suggested I replace the fan and the clutch as well. In fairness, it probably really was my fan as it was the original plastic one and it had many cracks in it and was starting to warp. The alternator died within hours. No idea of the cause but the second replacement has worked since. No problems with the starter and the PS pump.

[1] A side story on this. Not only did the above fail within a few months but it was also my sway bar bushings, my engine mounts, my 2nd gear synchos, my radiator and my rear end cover gasket and seal. Other then that period of a few months at 130K miles where all that crap failed at once, I had no issues before that or after that.
