Your injectors are gonna get maxed out pretty quick, you'll need at least 42#'ers.... 18# of turbo boost is pretty serious, 500hp will be pretty easy and that's where blocks start to break. I wouldn't use a B cam with a turbo, you'll be bleeding off alot of boost. Find something with a staggered intake / exhaust duration... something designed specifically for boosted 5.0's.

I would like to add the most bang for your buck cam that FRPP makes for boost is the F cam. And I would take MD's advice on the 42's with that much boost. You didn't list your fuel pump in your mods, you definitely need to upgrade to a 255 lph and possibly a boost a pump or t-rex unit to help with the fuel pressure. I would really watch how much you try to get away with on that block, 500 is almost always the universal maximum and then it's just a ticking time bomb. Your probably going to be happier with lower boost numbers for maximum horse and longetivity out of your setup. I'm thinking somewhere around 12-14 psi.
