I finished my notch conversion. She's loud, low, fast... (pics coming soon, i know i know)... now everywhere I go, no matter what the vehicle... people try and take off fast beside you, or ride your ass from the light to try and make you go faster... or better yet... had to share this one...

My son and I (he's 8) went for a cruise Sunday. I'm at a light and some punk kid and his GF pull up beside me in a V6 96 Stang. He's power braking his car... revving it up... (it's a long light)... so finally I look over at him. When I see him, I busted out laughing. My reaction made his gf laugh as well. He said "Let's go, let's see what ya got!!!" I smiled and told him "No thanks, Gas cost to much to waste it."

Even my son got it. His GF was still laughing at him as I pulled away.

this Aston Martin DB9 also loves to tail gate me and blow right by me on some mornings he actually scares me and i am suprised he has not totaled the thing yet by how he drives

oh man that happens to me all the time especially when i have the top down on mine.. I once had this guy begin to power brake his GMC Sierra it was about a 97..but w/e its his gas not mine

I completely ignore them and do not make eye contact or even look their way. Some people will try to talk or make comments but it is hard for me to hear them over my older S-trim and my Flowmasters with dumps. The amount of people that want to toy with you in the dumbest areas is amazing and the waiting until I shift into 4th at 20mph before you decide to gun it while you are still in 1st is shady.

I wish that I was as responsible as you were when that kid pulled up. About 15 years ago I had just lowered my 86 GT and was driving from the alignment shop, going to a twisty road to test out the suspension. Hooked up with a 90 Mustang a couple of miles from the spot I wanted to test my car out. We raced from light to light and then the twisty section. My car was setup well, drove through perfectly, the other car stock ride height made it to the exit of the last curve. I saw tail lights, head lights, tail lights he went through the rest of the accident backwards. Hit a ditch went airborne split a telephone 6 or more feet off the ground. I drove on to a fire station to get help, came back to see man getting his son out of the car, the kid was slackened and the father was cut up badly. I was 24 and would race almost everybody, that incident made me stop doing some of the dumb crap that I was doing back then. It could have ended worst than just a totaled car.

the other day i was driving home from work. i'm just driving along, listening to the radio, w/e. i look behind me and notice this little jerkoff in a blue SRT-4 riding my ass. everytime i turn, he turns and speeds up to me then hits his brakes. but he wouldn't pass me. i mean he was so close to me, i thought i was going to have blue paint on my bumper by the time i got home. he tailgated me the whole way to my house, riding my ass the whole time. as i turn to drive up to the house, he floors it and drives away. i walked in to my house shaking my head and laughing at what a tool that guy was.

last school year are star quarter back the only good one we had desided it was a good idea to drive 100+ mph over this hill on the road he got air born landed and the car started to swerve he hit a telephone poll broke that and the car was still going and he landed between 2 trees and totaled the car he was lucky all he got was a broken collar bone and some burses and a year away from football
