you'll need a 70mm maf or bigger, assuming you have mass air. Also, it will need to be calibrated to your injectors, 19 lbs if stock. Port your intake to match the egr spacer. Stuf a rag in the intake, mark it by using the spacer, port it with a dremel, vacuum it out and then remove the rag. I think a 65mm t.b. will be fine though if you are stock.

i wouldnt go bigger than a 65mm TB on your motor...

If you want to go bigger, do it all at once..Top end kit, MAF, injectors, etc.

Did you adjust the stop screw on the throttle body. Throttle bodies stick when the throttle closes too far. I'd bet that is the problem with yours. Otherwise find another stock throttle body. Buying an aftermarket throttle body for your combination will be a waste of money.

If you are dead set for a bigger one a 65mm will do you plenty, but like Darrell said with a mild combo you will not notice anything. A stock intake will accept a 65mm TB without any mods, yes you need to match it with the same size spacer. You can hog your intake out to accept a 70mm but the stock intake will limit the flow potential of the TB. Anything over 65mm you really need some serious mods to back it up, blower, race heads, big cam. The only reason I upgraded mine was I got it cheap and I knew I was doing some more upgrades later. Hope this helped.

Take the throttle body off and determine what is causing the sticking. If it is the throttle plate, turn the screw until the plate doesn't stick. No coolant runs thru the throttle body but coolant does run thru the EGR spacer.
