F303 Camshaft

I just bought a new in box ford racing f303 cam. Do I need anything else to go with this cam or will it work with no mods? The car is a 1990 GT with vortech supercharger, long tubes, and everything else is stock as far as the motor goes.

You will need some different valve springs. Probably not the best choice of cam for a supercharged application but it will be better than stock.

If it was cheap, you can't beat a good deal. There are many supercharger specific grinds out there. Call Summit and tell them you need a set of springs to match the F303 cam. They will set you up.

I know you already bought the cam but if you want to maximize the performance of the supercharger also call Anderson Ford. They make great cams specifically for a s/c'd application. Summit that Darrell recommended has some good choices.
