clutches explode? to the point you lose your legs?

its possible for the pieces of pressure plate or clutch to rip through the floor because the stock cast aluminum bellhousing doesnt do much to contain an explosion and definitely has happened before.

im building a 302 with windsor jr ported heads, f-303 cam, performer rpm intake, full-length headers and other parts and dont want to worry about the possibility if i take it to a drag strip.If anyone has one they would like to sell,let me know.thanks.

i saw a pic of a 32 ford that had the flathead flywheel explode and it ripped the hood and fenders off the car. and broke the flywheel(duh) starter, clutch, bellhousing and i think the crank too.

just wear a bullet proof body suit when you race it, in case the possibility arises...thats gangstarrrrr
