exhaust questions

I just picked up a fairly low mileage 1990 mustang gt.. 100 percent STOCK. I use to have a 1985 mustang gt and i also had a 1988 gt... I forget the names for the exhausts, i did not have long tubes, now i want them. Can someone give me a link to a fair priced LONG TUBE HEADERS, High Flow H pipe, and i need opinions on what cat back to get.. im thinking flowmaster let me know guys thanks!

In my opinion, it comes down to convenience, installation, and maintenance vs the power gain. LTs can provide 5-20 HP across the RPM range vs aftermarket shorties. The less mods you have, the less of a difference they will make. Its your call.

No personal comment from me on the LT install, I have shorties.

What are high flow H pipes? There are H Pipes with hi flow cats on them and many people sell those. I think all H pipes without cats are assumed to be "high flow".

there are not many 5.0s around here, but i have seen/heard a few. i have bbk shorties bbk x pipe with flows and not cats. mine are not dumped and it is by far the meanest sounding 5.0 i have ever heard.
