WHAT SIZE GEAR RATIO?

WHAT SIZE GEAR RATIO?
I HAVE A LITTLE WORK DONE ON THE MOTOR AND I AM PRETTY SURE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO MELT THE BACK TIRES. YET WHEN I SMASH THE GAS IT JUST TAKES OFF. IT WILL RUN DOWN THE HIGHWAY AT 85 MPH AND ONLY TURN 1800 RPM'S. WANT IT TO THROW SOME RUBBER BUT AT THE SAME TIME I WANT TO BE ABLE TO RUN DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND NOT LISTEN TO THE MOTOR SCREAMING. WHAT SIZE IS THE BEST BET?

373 is the best all around gear for street and strip

I have an aod and only turn about 2500-2700 RPMs...
