Injector size and MAF conversion?
Ok bear with me...still fairly new to mustangs! 88 LX Strip car with extremely limited street duty (driving to the track) - My current mods =
Trick Flow Twisted Wedge heads Trick Flow Stage 2 cam - .542 int/.563 ex Holley SystemMax II intake Harland Sharp 1.6:1 Roller rockers FRPP 65mm Throttle body I'm going to be installing a NOS Dry Shot kit and will run no more than a ~125 jet. My questions are as follows: What size injectors should I upgrade to? Will the speed density system be ok or do I have to convert to MAF? If so, where is the best place to buy the wiring adapters and what size MAF should I use? Also, any need for a larger throttle body? Thanks in advance. |

I'd definitely do an MAF conversion. I'd recommend 30# injectors, a 70mm throttle body and a bigger MAF such as a 76 or 80mm.
Check out corral.net forums for MAF conversion stuff, such as harness and computer, or ask around here.
