WTF car leans one side

WTF car leans one side


I put in new spring and trailing arms now car leans 1\2-3\4 inch lower on pass side. What could this be????????

Do you install the springs correctly? You're supposed to line up the bottom of the spring with. . .something, I forget what the hell. Did you do all 4 springs or what?

yes lined up correct as per instructions and yes all 4 replaced

I guess it would be worth taking a tape measure and determine what the installed height is on all four corners. Did you get them all in a kit or what? If so, what brand and where did they come from?

I guess it would be worth taking a tape measure and determine what the installed height is on each spring. Did you get them all in a kit or what? If so, what brand and where did they come from?

EDIT: Fucking quote and edit buttons right beside each other making me look like a fucking idiot while I eat my fucking dinner. Fuck. Note that I did mean to specify measuring the springs, not the ride height of the car at each corner.

lol, can't remember the technical terms for them right now but in the top and bottom of the spring hat groove they sit in have a rubber like piece on top and bottom that the springs sit in their is a strong possibility that those have been sitting in 1 position for so long that they throw the spring off cuz they don't sit the same way. Atleast that is the reason mine sat like that when I changed my springs out.

You could also try swapping the springs side to side and see what happens if you have the time. Good luck.
