It is. I hit the ass end of an Expedition at 45MPH.
They replaced the front end.

Looks like they did, but in fact, Im taking it back to them next week, for the fourth time.
They put my side skirts and such on with double sided tape, they didn't use the metal pieces to hold it on, and they told me I had to get them from a junkyard and then they would install them.

First time, they screwed up because they used my old bumper reinforcement and shock absorbers, and the whole front end was still tweaked. He towed it back free of charge.

He sends it back to me with my brand new core support bent and beat to hell. I confront him about this, he tows it back again, free of charge.

This time I told him I want him to call me before he loads it on the tow truck so I can take a look at it.

I happen to be close by so I decide to stop by, and notice the car on a tow truck already, strapped down and he just called my house, so I get pissed and tell him he was supposed to call me so I could take a look at it..

So I take it back because I needed to drop in the engine since I'm on a deadline.

While working on it, I started noticing stuff.
You can tell where they ran out of my paint and used a plain red instead of the red they were supposed to be using, and it's not like you have to hunt to find it, it's just a deliberate metallic paint to a non-metallic paint.

Then with my brand new fender, someone at the shop used a screw driver to pull it and put a nice crease in it.

Paint chips on my door from bondo chipping off from them using a screw driver to pull and push things.

Still haven't put my new bumper reinforcement and shock absorbers on, sideskirts still not fixed.

This time I told him I want to see the parts before I deliver the car.
He was going to call me on Friday to let me know the parts were delivered, never heard a call, so I call around 4PM.
He has decided to go to Mexico and won't be back until Tuesday.
