I modded the 460.

I had a 460 that was stock except for a blow through carb and supercharger. I recently modified the crap out of it. I put in a 4.3 in. crank, new trick flow A-460 heads, an edelbrock victor intake, comp 280/280-.634/.634 solid roller cam, and and hooker headers with 2in. primaries, JE forged dished 30 over pistons. I am also reinstalling the SC at 15psi.

I am hitting the chassis dyno friday.

anyone have any ideas about my power range, and what my actual CID is?

I was advised of this engine combo by a neighbor that used to build some really badass drag cars.

I have no clue man.

I don't know much about big blocks honestly other than they kick ass and suck gas.

I have no idea what the actual displacement is. I bought the rotatng assembly from my neighbor new for like 400 plus some labor. I thought it was a good deal.

also traded my turbo ranger for the heads, cam, and intake. I have like 700 in this rebuild all together.

edit: this isn't including bearings, and gaskets.

my 83 GT. I bought it for $90 ande it already had a bad 460 in it with a sc, blow through carb and headers. also a 9 in rear. the car ran 6.70 throgh the eighth. it through a rod and the owner died before fixing it. so hs wie sold it. I think that i got the deal of a life time.
