Dug up some info on summer edition. Just happened to pick up the edition of mustang milestones in wal-mart and bought it and there is a feture on the summer edition.

All summer edition mustangs were made in 1992 not 93 they were all 92 vibrant red LX convertables no exceptions all had White 5 spoke mag wheels FEATURE on the data plate under the hood. They all had white tops with white leather interior. They had body color a pillars and body color side mirrors. And a rear deck spoiler was put in place instead of the luggage rack.




So I dont know what your friend has I will be willing to bet it is a 93 yellow convertable but it sure isnt a summer edition

My friend claims that he's got the summer edition mustang and it is yellow with a white convertible top, white leather seats and 16" chrome 5 star rims. 1993 model.

Look at the data tag on the fire wall in the enine compartment does it read FEATURE on the uper right hand sie of it if not is not a summer edition

It does say feature on the tag. My bad on the interior.....hes got black leather instead of white and an automatic. He was kinda wondering if the mudflaps hes got on them are factory. I doubt it though. Anyone else know?
