SPARK PLUGS ?

Well the last time im goin 2 ask for help/opinions
most of u kno my mods
but i just finished installin a NOS powershot fogger
im goin 2 run a 75 shot for right now
until i start my motorwork

i was told to buy autolite 23-24 and gap the 0.35

any other opinions on a different idea

also i always run 93 octane fuel

should i adjust my timing
or just leave it where its at
until i shoot a higher shot

really dont wanna mess with the timing
but i wanna kno

thanks again

If your timing is set at 10 degrees, no don't adjust it. I had my base timing set at 15 degrees, spraying 150 shot, running on 89 octane, without the slightest hint of detonation...

23 plugs are the safest but will foul more quickly

24 plugs are warmer and fine for up to 150 shot and will last a little bit longer.

If you use 25s you'd probably be fine, but I'd say better safe than sorry.

I usually gap at 0.040 but I have an MSD box and coil. If you have a stock coil, 0.035 is a safe place to start. I doubt you'll have any problems with 75 shot. You'll barely notice it. You'll be reaching for the 150 hp jets right away.

For 125, you need 93 octane, 24 plugs (with your ignition system you should be able to gap at 0.040-0.045), check that your timing is no more than 10 degrees base timing. Also, I can't stress this enough, check your plugs directly after spraying it. Look for signs of detonation (usually little flecks on the porcelain), lean condition, etc...
If you are going to spray a lot, it is important that you make sure the tune is good.

Oh yeah and be careful, with street tires in second and third with 150 shot my car will break them loose even if I am doing 30 mph+.
