What other wet kit would you reccommend, if I do not need a plate. Everytime I have had dealings with nitrous, a plate always worked better for us. I considered the nitrous works plate kit, that bolts in between the throttle body and intake. I heard that might cause nitrous explosions.

150 hp or more you should get a plate kit.

150 hp or less, a single spray nozzle should be fine.

but you only need 100 hp or less to get into the 12s

I heard that the intake manifold to go with rightnow is the Holley systeMax I was going to get the cobra one too, but I heard this one was better... Just a thought... I guess it all depends on your setup.
