Transmission jerking
Howdy guys,
Right now I have a T5 with 3.73s in the rear. Not sure how fast I'm supposed to be going in certain gears but I used to be able to cruise in 3rd or even 4th and it would run about 1100-1500 rpms no problem. It feels that the clutch plate and the flywheel are losing connection at lower speeds. Like they're kind of just clapping together. The actual feeling of the car is that the transmission will make a clunk clunk clunk and will jerk back and forth...i think. This is really hard to describe, so any help would be appreciated. ALSO! I installed roller rockers on my stock heads and my idle can be rough. Like it sounds like its camming, in the mornings it'll be at super low rpms and then die, or sometimes it'll run at higher rpms than normal, (Idling at 1700-2100) Thanks! |
