Drag Racing ?
What is the highest octane I should run in a stock 5.0 with exhaust ? And what are the optimal shift points for drag racing on 88 GT Hatch?

Anything more than 91-93 octane is only going to hurt your performance. If the engine doesn't need the octane, the additional octane will not help. Octane doesn't add horsepower, it only resists detonation better. Shift around 5500 rpm.
