hey all 1988 mustang gt

Hey all, names james, Im 16 and i have been working since i was 14 to finally save up enough to get myself a 1988 mustang GT! it was 4000, and its in minto shape, doors close solid without hassle, whole thing is straight, all the interior lights work, trunk is flawless, interior is a 1991 interior, starts RIGHT UP mint drivin its awesome

Mods are: long tubes, o/r H, mac catback, crappy CAI, MAF conversion, 1989 computer, rebuilt with 35k on it with everything stock except for ford racing E 303 CAM. also has pullies..
I have 1000 to do mods with, I was thinking possibly doing the intake, heads but i think those are more expensive, i just want some easy things im pretty handy i love doing these things. My whole family is like "JAMES DONT GET A FAST CAR BLAH BLAH" i am very mature and responsible, because if i wasn't i wouldn't have been working ALL summer every summer 16 hour days in the hot sun/ plus i dont like speed, i just like having it under my hood

welcome dude! Save that 1000 and add about $1500 to that and buy a top end kit. heads,cam/intake, etc...

But right now, put a set of 4:10s in it and let it eat!

trust me, give it a little time to get used to the power..and slowly build up the motor and get you're self better at driving it...that way by 17 or so...you'lle be up over 300hp and can handle it...and welcome to MM
