rear end questions?????

so ive got a simple question, i want to go to 5-lug and rear disk brakes in my 88 mustang, are there any cars like the turbo coupe or svo that i can take them out of? or is going with an aftermarket beter to do?

why don't you just take them out of a GT of your year?

the gts in the fox years are 4-lug and drum in the rear except for the cobras and i cant find a used rearend id buy rebuilt but my budget is tight

find a 5.0L with a 5 lug than man.

other cars might have larger axles

You just need 5 lug axles and a rear disk break conversion (with 5-lug rotors).

The mustang depot has some pretty good deals on these. The axles are yukon brand although they are not advertised as such due to the heavily discounted prices.
