I dont know about 150 being the "best". I agree that a 75-100 dry is a good choice for a slightly modded stang. 150 is kina pushin the stock capabilities.

LOL I know!

Posted on "the other" site for a long time, MD came over here then I got hired by the local Sheriffs office, dissapeared for a while, before I got settled in over there I got hired by the state Highway Patrol and went off to the police academy. Just now got settled in and done with all my bs training and off probation. WOO!

back to topic... Again 100 dry is good.

Ok...question..its on topic so im not jacking the thread either..

i have a friend that has a nitrous kit for carb..and he's gunna trade me for a stock 302 w/out cam, and complete stock heads (he's gunna stroke it)..but will this work on my FI one..i know i have to change some stuff..cuz that has a nitrous plate..what would i need to fix that..and if im right its a 100-150 shot set-up..and will that be OK w/ my set-up..

I dont know much about carbs, but the plate in a carb kit is fitted to a carb, where a EFI plate needs to be matched for your gt-40 manifold for example.

your right more isnt always better i just know that the car will handle the 150 shot just fine

and for speedstang this kit will work on your efi just tell him to keep the plate or you can sell it... and for your application you can either get a plate for your intake (between upper and lower) or you can run a nozzle setup through your cold air intake or intake tube whichever one you have

i know but why would you put a 150 shot in it just to play around, its too much for a stock motor.nitrous puts alot of wear and tear on an engine and not to mention one thats got a few miles on it.Nitrous also puts alot of stress and strain on the rods..\\

And imo just b/c you can use a 150 shot dont mean you need too
