is this a good buy?

i have come across 351w block (nothigng but the block) and was wondering if this is a good deal to buy it or not. the specs are as follows

it is either a 68 or 69 block(so its the stronger one)

it has been stripped in a hot tank

it was bored 60 over

and some other small misc. things

they want 650 for it and its never been in a car...the guy just never picked it back up

NO!

You can buy a completely remaned long block for a few hundred more.

For $2250 you can buy an all forgred 408 stroker from M&R

tell them $400 and i'd take it..but .60 is too much...especially with stock stroke..
